There are lots of ways to play with yoga jigsaws.
Or you may choose to work in groups of three, when each person fits his or her piece into place and then you all celebrate by practising the posture. For example, here are the details of the Jigsaw Game from Sitting on a Chicken. The Best EVER 52 Yoga Games to Teach in School.
I use it to foster Teamwork Skills and it is lots of fun
Or an activity that I've seen work brilliantly with special needs children is when adult and child complete the jigsaw, recognise the posture and do it! And do it again, and again until the child can complete the jigsaw independently, while at the same time enjoying their posture independently too.

I bought both intermediate sets in the 9 piece format. They are attractive, extremely robust, well made and are already a great way to engage my SEN kids in yoga. Thank you |

I bought 9x 9 piece puzzles, showing a variety of postures, to use in whole class teaching. The children have loved playing the Puzzle Game, and the beautiful wooden pieces, in a convenient cotton drawstring bag, really appealed to them. Even the more simple postures have lead to discussions on how to display their posture in a group, in a creative way. Thanks |
